Better than Expected

Let me just say that I am extremely picky about pizza. That being said, it took a lot of courage to try someplace new of my own choosing. Still, in an effort to shop locally and get better acquainted with the Willamina area, 3rd Street Pizza Company seemed like a safe choice. The interior is nothing spectacular and seemed be a place local teens wanted to spend their free time at. The menu consists of pizzas that range from the usual to the more creative, calzones, sandwiches, pasta, and the best chicken wings I've ever had (beats Pizza Hut and Dominoes hands down). The general response to the pizzas and calzones was that they were pretty spicy -- not bad or inedible, just very spicy. If you're in the mood for that, it would hit the spot. 3rd Street Pizza Company does have alcohol on the premises as well as a selection of ice cream for dessert. I highly recommend the restaurant, either in Willamina or any of its other branches in the area, to anyone passing through or looking for a new local treat.
